The North Pole, by agency Ear to the Ground, is an ‘arctic wonderland' with seasonal drinks, food and music.
It is based in a temporary structure designed by architects Stephenson Bell.
It features an uplit winter avenue using 50 giant Christmas trees, a Northern Lights installation and purpose built arctic styled bar complete with hot cocktails and antlers.
Ear to the Ground is responsible for developing all aspects of the bar including décor, lighting, sound, staffing, stocking, menu design and marketing.
The North Pole is free to enter and is run as a joint venture with Manchester City council. The whole thing will be dismantled on New Year's Day.

We went down on Wednesday when the Snowbombing Party was on, the atmosphere was wicked! All the wintry decor in there is gorge, particularly the furry seats. We dranks lots of mulled wine and had a fabulous night, I'd definitely reccomend it to everyone.
