Abu Dhabi venue plans to attract marina shows

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre will soon be able to host large marina shows after it announced plans to create a 2.4km marina zone on-site.
The new phase is due to be completed early next year, in time to host defence exhibition IDEX 2009 from 22-26 February and the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show the following month.
The new area will also feature a 250-metre quay wall, suitable for mooring in excess of 20 yachts.
