What is it? A prosciutto-and-wine bar that serves authentic Italian food and drink from the Parma region of the country.
What's it got? The philosophy behind the venue is to reinterpret the traditions associated with Parma - the love of food, celebration of life and operas of Giuseppe Verdi - in a stylish setting. It is available for both exclusive and non-exclusive hire and is closed to the public at weekends. Inside it can hold up to 60 guests for a seated dinner or 100 for a standing event, while outside there is space for up to 24 people to sit down. The menu features a variety of rare Italian hams, selection of cheeses and a well-stocked wine list, and live opera evenings take place every few weeks.
